What it is

Coached, not supervised.

Gonz has coached since 2014 and has trained thousands of people. His specialty is strength and injury prevention — teaching the lift, not just loading the bar. If you need the same instruction repeated until it clicks, he will happily do it 100 times.

Every session is led by a coach. You will not be handed a printout and left to decode it. The plan changes if your body needs something different that day, and the group keeps moving while it happens.

Small group does not mean one-size. The coach scales the load, the range and the pace to the person in front of them.

FAQ

Questions about this coaching.

Is this a powerlifting program?

It's strength coaching inside RTS small-group sessions. If you have a specific strength sport goal, call and talk to Gonz about whether the room fits it.

I've never touched a barbell. Is that okay?

Yes. Gonz coaches all fitness levels and has built his career on teaching people from the ground up.

Can you work around an old injury?

Tell the coaches about it before your first session. Gonz's specialty is strength and injury prevention, but any injury needs to be managed with your medical provider too.
