About RTS

A small gym with a long memory.

Two coaches, ten people per session, and a tribe that knows your name.

The room

Personal attention is the whole point.

RTS Fitness is a small-group coaching gym at 469 Broadway in El Cajon. Sessions are capped at ten people. The coaching is led by two co-owners, Gonz and Ray, whose experience adds up to more than 15 years.

Every member becomes part of the RTS Tribe. We know everyone’s name. That is not a line on a wall; it is how the room is run. The coaches see the rep, remember the goal and notice when someone has been away.

If you have tried to train on your own and felt like you were guessing, that is the gap RTS exists to close. Bring a goal. The coaches will bring the plan and the attention.

What we protect

Three things we don’t trade away.

01

Know the name

Every member becomes part of the RTS Tribe. The coaches learn who you are, what you're working toward and what kind of week you're having. That is why the group stays at ten.

02

Coach the rep

You are not handed a workout and left to interpret it. A coach sets the work, watches the set and gives you the correction while it still matters.

03

Keep the group small

Max ten people per session is the whole model. It is what makes it possible for Gonz and Ray to coach every person in the room, not just the front row.

The co-owners

Meet the people on the floor.

The space

A room built for the work.
